These SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) focused services are focused on the Design Specification of bespoke IT solutions across a number of areas, including E-commerce, the Internet, Workflow and other IT projects.

Business Requirement Specifications – high level description of system functional requirements to enable system design as well as initial cost and implementation estimates.
Functional Design – description of how an envisaged application will work functionally, including transaction processing, exception processing, system administration, batch processing, integration and data exchange, enquiry handling and reporting. This is a key requirement for the decomposition of an application into logical modules.
Functional Specifications - detailed functional requirements of system modules, to be used to develop technical specifications and to code system modules, as well as to develop testing and training material.
User Acceptance Test Plans, Test Packs and Testing – used to verify that the developed application fully conforms to the documented specifications.
