Rethink is a Performance Improvement consultancy specialising in helping its clients to develop and improve their operations. The company has been in existence for over eighteen years, with a track record that includes over 600 successful projects with several blue chip organisations in South Africa and internationally. Many of these clients have used Rethink on multiple repeat projects.

Kem Tissiman

- Managing Director

Kem, who has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a BComm (Business Economics major) is the founding member and Managing Director of Rethink, having formed the company in February 1996. Previously Kem consulted independently and before this was with Coopers & Lybrand Management Consulting and Unidata.

He has a total of 20 years in management consulting, together with 16 years in the IT and Engineering industries. Like all the people at Rethink, Kem is a hands-on part of the team. Choosing to do what he does best – delivering true business value to our customers. Kem is a practical and highly experienced member of the Rethink team.

Kem is a well-known and popular speaker at industry forums and is a valued contributor to a variety of industry publications.

Palesa Hagenimana

Palesa Hagenimana

- Director

Palesa, who has a BTech in Business Informatics, is a Certified Process Professional and Holds Masters In Business Analysis from George Washington University.

She has extensive experience in banking industry, where she has worked for over 13 years as Process Engineer and Business Analyst. As a process and automation engineer, she has developed a keen interest in artificial intelligence, its impact on our society and how it can improve people’s lives in this 21 century.

Palesa has great interpersonal skills and believes in empowering others with a special focus on the the underprivileged.
